4.1 Locative Case (Use of в and у)

In this module, we will begin our review of the use of the locative case of nouns to express being “in” or “at” a place.  Special consideration will be given to when one generally uses the preposition в and when one uses the preposition у.

In this module, we will continue our use of the preposition в and у with the locative case, but will focus on the distinction between these two prepositions and the preposition на, which can express being “in” or “at” as well as “on” a place or object.

7.1 Genitive Case after the Prepositions з, до, and в/у

In this module, you will become familiar with the meanings of prepositional phrases with prepositions “з,” “до” and “в/у” followed by nouns in the genitive case, as well as with the most common contexts in which these phrases are used.

In this module, you will become familiar with the meanings of prepositional phrases with prepositions біля, після, для and без followed by nouns in the genitive case, as well as with the most common contexts in which these phrases are used.

8.2 Accusative Case after the Prepositions в/у, на and про

In this module, you will become familiar with the meanings of prepositional phrases with prepositions в/у, на and про followed by nouns in the accusative case, as well as with the most common contexts in which these phrases are used.

9.1 Instrumental Case (Intro to Singular Endings)

In this module, you will work with the basic endings for singular nouns in the instrumental case and learn one common context in which Ukrainian uses the instrumental case.
